WHere is a home-style take on a drink found on a new drinks list. Designed as a party-sized premix which is packed with the tastes of the holiday season, which makes it ideal for a festive gathering. Reserve the remaining syrup you can use for breakfast cocktails, desserts, or to mix another batch of this cocktail.

Serves 10 people
Ingredients for the Citrus Syrup (yields 750ml)
300ml newly squeezed clementine juice
200ml fresh lemon juice
500g fine sugar
For the Cocktail (yields 850ml, to serve 10)
400ml premium vodka
100ml dry gin
150ml peach-flavored liqueur
200ml clementine syrup (see above)
Whole cranberries, to garnish
Mandarin essential oil, for finishing
Directions
Making the Citrus Syrup: Put the listed components into a pan, heat until it reaches a gentle boil, stirring to dissolve. After that, turn off the heat and leave to reach room temperature entirely. Transfer into an clean bottle, seal keeping it chilled, it can be stored for up to one month.
To make Cocktail Base: Mix every liquid ingredients into a large bottle, let it rest for one hour, then filter it best through muslin, so it's completely strained.
To serve: Measure 85ml of your cocktail base to a stirring glass packed with ice, and stir gently for one minute to chill. Pour into an cold coupe glass or a similar vessel, decorate with the cranberries adding the final touch by giving it a light spray of mandarin oil above the glass.
